Kavita Chatterjee Das, born in the vibrant city of Mumbai, is a fourth-generation educator whose life has been shaped by her passion for teaching and her love for people and nature. With a remarkable career in education, she served as the Principal of St. John’s High School in Chandigarh for 16 years, leading the institution to achieve the No.1 position in the country—a legacy she carried until her retirement.
Married to a former Merchant Naval captain, Kavita has travelled across the world by sea, gathering rich experiences and stories from diverse cultures and landscapes. Today, she finds joy in simpler pleasures, often spending time at her apple orchard in the serene Himalayas.
